The script M comes off. What goes on in its place is entirely up to the event — a couple’s monogram, a name and an age, a company logo, a campaign. The panel is backlit, so whatever I decal onto it glows warm through the evening. The cart doesn’t arrive looking like a rental. It arrives looking like it was built for that one event.

Maggie’s Mobile Cart is my custom mobile event cart serving Edmonton. I roll the cart into your venue, set up in minutes and serve whatever your event calls for — mini pancakes made to order, a charcuterie spread, cake in a tin, soft serve with a full toppings bar, a cookie bar set up for self-serve with staffed refills available for an extra charge depending on quantity, or a candy bar. The countertop takes drop-in inserts, so the same cart works for a wedding reception in the afternoon and a corporate open house the next morning. Setup, service and teardown are all included, and the cart runs indoors or outdoors across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Beaumont.

Where do you serve?
Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Beaumont. Get in touch about locations further out.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends. October is the first month of bookings and dates are going now.
Can you put my logo on the cart?
Yes. I customize the removable front-panel decal for every booking — a monogram, a name, a company logo or full campaign artwork.
What can the cart serve?
Mini pancakes, a customizable charcuterie spread, cake in a tin, soft serve, cookies, a candy bar, or a Matcha x Espresso Bar paired with any of them. If you have something else in mind, ask.
Can the cart go indoors?
Yes. It's on casters and runs indoors or outdoors. Outdoor bookings need a level surface.
How much space does it need?
About six feet of width plus room on either side for the fold-out shelves.
What's included?
Delivery, setup, service for the length of your event, and teardown.
